2004 Inshore Tournament Prizes and Awards
Catch a legal redfish or trout and you will have a chance to win a MERCURY 90-hp Optimax engine!
Each boat that weighs in a tournament-eligible fish receives an entry into the outboard motor drawing. The fish does not have to appear on the board (one entry per boat per day). The drawing for the motor will be 7 p.m. at Sunday's awards presentation. The tournament entrant must be present to claim the motor prize. The entrant will have two (2) minutes to claim the prize before another slip is drawn. The winner is responsible for all taxes.
MERCURY OUTBOARD Boat Awards
This is a cash and gift award category. Boat awards are based on the teams that have the most species and total weight. General tournament cash awards are based on total number of entries less 10 percent. The winning team will be the boat with the highest aggregate weight of up to four redfish and four trout over the two days. Each boat is allowed to weigh two redfish and two trout per day.
Example based on 60 boats entered at $100 per boat = $6,000, less 10% = $5,400 total available cash purse.
